CENTURY 21 All Islands understands every step of the development process, from project feasibility studies, through design, entitlement, permits and the start of construction. We have a great deal of experience in strategic pricing, project launch techniques, branding and marketing, the design and installation of effective sales centers, staffing requirements and the accurate completion of required sales contracts and documentation. We have acted as the sales and marketing agent for a number of prominent new home communities and we are always seeking to leverage our past sales success and expertise to secure new assignments from builders and developers.
